As a physician, day in and day out, I’m faced with patients, other human beings, like me, who are in pain and suffer, seeking relief through my healing ministrations…

“How sad,” I share with them, “that you outshine every star, you are the most powerful self-healer, because you are made in God’s Image and Likeness, and you cannot be less… Yet, you allowed the dis-ease, the broken heart… the choice to be a victim, into your life…”

And I continue, “But it is never too late to understand your emotionally poisoned blocks from this and other of your lifetimes, through introspection with me here and/or by yourself anywhere… let go of them, by not feeding them with your energy and attention… Thus, they diminish in size, “starve, lose weight,” LOL, and ultimately cease to exist.

Then, do what you like to do the most, live your Dharma, with no hurt to you and others, according to your unique God-given gift/mission for your good and the good of the whole…”

My patient inquires, “How do I accomplish all these things?”

Dear friend, my reply to my patient is simple:

“Read and practice the first page of this writing… and you will achieve…”

Then, my patient feeling it is too good to be true, questions again: “Adrian, you’re saying such beautiful things, but how do I cope with my problems out there in ‘the real world?’”

I smile filled with love for my patient and reply:

“’The real world’ is here in my office! Take it from here over there, and practice it daily and hourly, and you will achieve…”

MAY YOU ALWAYS BE AWARE OF, AND PRACTICE YOUR MOST BRILLIANT LIGHT, PUREST LOVE, AND CONSTRUCTIVE POWER, FOR YOUR GOOD AND THE GOOD OF THE WHOLE…
