MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT:

Mirror, mirror on the wall

Who’s the prettiest of them all?

GOD:

None of you. I am. I am what I am…

If we watch TV, read the news, or get absorbed into social façade, by maintaining our sense of observation, we’ll easily notice so much ugliness…

Killing, lying, cheating and evilness are glorified by the entertainment industry, politicians are lying and cheating, and media reflects and dissects them ad nauseam…

Being a lawyer is a necessity nowadays, while during the olden days a handshake sufficed…

Almost every anchorperson is a lawyer…

We never dreamt, or aspired to go all of us to the tube Law School…and be bored daily and hourly by dry legal analyses…

Yet, it seems many of us thrive from all those ugly curiosities… and pay for them hard cash… becoming unknowing accomplices to societal depravity and crime promoted by a power elite, that grubs us in the palm of its hand and likes us to squirm there, in order to further enhance its sense of power when our moneys are not enough for their complete satisfaction…

Opening the television we are instantly assaulted by commercials advertising high tech violence as a new form of art…

We hardly see a real transformational movie anymore… That’s one of the reasons that most do not get an Academy Award…

Wars, poverty and famine are depicted, without solutions being drawn by media and entertainment and by politicians, thus becoming the instrument of the power elite… Instead of solutions through love, beauty and all good in life, unity from God through God and for God, separation, adversarial stances and winning are sought by many, again empowering further the power elite…

Well, the choice is ours… the great majority is made of good people, not that of a power elite…

We can choose to “delete” the power elite…

Q: How?

A: By choosing the God-given real goodness, beauty, love and peace from our vast universe and sharing them with all…

It is a fundamental law of God’s universe: Expansion vs. contraction—assimilation vs. elimination and the importance of breathing, inhaling vs. exhaling that I touched about in previous blogs…

Particularly, the beginning of our earthly incarnation starts with the first breath and ends with the last breath…

We breathe in the “GOOD”—Oxygen and breathe out the “bad”—Carbon Dioxide; assimilate the “GOOD”--nutrition out of food and eliminate the “bad”—poisons resulting from metabolism…

THIS IS THE WRITING ON THE WALL!

Likewise, we should choose to take in the God-given real goodness, beauty, love and peace from our vast universe, sharing them with all… as we are ONE IN LOVE, COMPASSION AND PEACE, through THE HIGHER POWER WITHIN AND EVERYWHERE…
